This intensive training class focuses on developing the skills necessary for both offensive and defensive linemen.

For offensive linemen, the course emphasizes technique in blocking, footwork, and hand placement to protect the quarterback and create running lanes. 

For defensive linemen, the class teaches techniques for pass rushing, gap control, and tackling. 

Participants will work on strength, agility, and conditioning, with drills that enhance reaction time, leverage, and situational awareness. 

Whether you play offense or defense, this class will refine your fundamentals and improve your performance in the trenches.
