I have been studying martial arts for 20 years in the disciples of Boxing, Jeet Kune Do, Muay Thai, MMA, Kenjitsu, and Kali Escrima. In that time span I have learned various ways to overcome challenges with the body and mind. I became a personal trainer to help others overcome their fitness challenges and to guide them beyond new one. My philosophy to martial arts and fitness is to use my comprehensive knowledge to help achieve fitness goals.
